EMO the Musical!

  • A feature length comedy that looks at what it takes to fit in at High School.


  • Consider the finished film and define its style, tone, genre and identity, along with who are its primary and secondary target audiences.
  • Draft a marketing strategy to suit, including a budget and timeline.
  • Roll out the strategy including hands-on involvement in creating promotional content for social media platforms.
  • Be involved in consideration of drafted marketing collateral including posters and style guide.
  • Refine and evolve social media presences, including FB, Tw, Insta, Tumblr etc.
  • Anticipate interactive platforms such as Musical.ly and Snapchat.
  • Outreach program – schools, community groups, etc.
  • Courting of media coverage including traditional and online.
